Actually called the Tonic and Smoke Lab, like Starsky and Hutch, Batman and Robin. This drink is a herbaceous take on a cross between a Paloma cocktail and a white wine spritz.

INGREDIENTS
  • 30 ml Smoke Lab Vodka Classic
  • 20 ml Aperol
  • 15 ml white wine
  • Grapefruit tonic water
  • Fresh grapefruit and rice water shrub
  • 1 oz. Smoke Lab Vodka Classic
  • 1/2 Aperol
  • 1/2 oz. White Wine
  • Grapefruit tonic water
  • Fresh grapefruit and rice water shrub
METHOD

Shake all the ingredients together. Pour over a tall glass and top up with tonic. Garnish with a long orange peel and server.
